MST has special race classes designed for
the swimmer who is keen to improve
their race skills without the endurance,
the stamina and the intensive stroke
correction found in a normal squad
program. Our primary objective is to deal
with the skills needed for good racing.
RACE CLASSES will be focus on the
following
Þ Rules of the four strokes for the starts, finishes and turns
Þ Race starts for all four strokes.
Þ Race tactics for starts and finishes.
Þ Correction of faulty dives, starts and turns.
